
NEW DELHI: If you haven’t still got a high security registration plate (HSRP) and a colour-coded fuel sticker affixed in your car, be prepared to shell out Rs 5,500.
Starting Tuesday, the transport department’s enforcement wing will start penalising cars without a high security registration plate (HSRP) and a colour-coded fuel sticker. However, two-wheelers and cars registered in other states will be spared for the time being.
